Statistical Genetics

TechnoSTAT statisticians have been involved in genetic studies for qualitative and quantitative traits. We have experience with the design and analysis of both genome wide association (GWA) studies and candidate gene studies, using genotype data from Affymetrix or Illumina platforms. We offer various SNP and Haplotype analyses, a range of methods for power and sample size calculations and supply a data management system specially developed for storing and analyzing genomic data.
